One dead, another seriously hurt in Mount Pleasant head-on crash (wtmj.com) — A deadly head-on crash on Spring Street near Borgardt Road in Mount Pleasant left one driver dead and another seriously injured Sunday afternoon. Police say a Ford F-150 crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a Jeep Wrangler, which briefly caught fire before bystanders and officers intervened. State Patrol and the Racine County Medical Examiner are assisting the ongoing investigation.
