Auto Dealership Car Theft Suspect Charged; 17-Year-Old Could Get 74 Years for Crimes
One of the Milwaukee teenagers who was responsible for a wild week of car burglaries in Racine County in July has been arrested and charged.

RACINE COUNTY -- One of the Milwaukee teenagers who was responsible for a wild week of car burglaries in Racine County in July has been arrested and charged. If he's convicted, the 17-year-old male could face up to 74 years behind bars for the crime spree.
Javon N. V'Dille, 17, of Milwaukee, is currently being held in the Racine County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond. His next appearance in court is Sept. 8. V'Dille has been charged with 17 felony charges in connection with several burglaries. If convicted of each of the charted, he could face 74 years behind bars for the accused crimes.

July 4:
Mount Pleasant police responded to a report of a break-in and theft of vehicles at Porcaro Ford.
According to his criminal complaint, video footage revealed that five teenage black males smashed an eastern window to the dealership by throwing a ten-pound weight through it.
The males were observed checking showroom cars for keys and when they found none, they made their way to the service area where they stole a Ford Spor Transit Van, and drove it through the service area garage door. A gray Fored Escape and a white Ford Escape were stolen that evening as wel, police said.
A Mount Pleasant police officer located the stolen Transit Van. The suspects in the vehicle fled the officer that evening, before they ultimately hit a median, went airborne, flipped the van over, causing it to roll and catch fire. One of the suspects was taken into custody at that time, according to police.
July 7
Mount Pleasant police responded to Palmen Dodge Jeep on a report of a burglar alarm. When officers arrived, they reported that someone attempted to drive a Jeep Cherokee off the showroom floor but got it stuck, and left with the Jeep still running, according to his criminal complaint.
Video footage from that evening showed a white Ford Escape matching the Porcaro burglary on the scene. An occupant from the stolen Ford Escape is observed on video entering Palmen Dodge and trying to drive away with the Jeep Cherokee, to no avail, the complaint said.

Also on July 7
Mount Pleasant police responded to a report of an abandoned car running in the parking lot of the Racine Toyota in Mount Pleasant.
When officers arrived, they found evidence of another break-in. This time, a Toyota Corolla had been inside the service area, but had been driven through the garage door, the criminal complaint said.
July 8
According to police, the white Ford Escape was located in Milwaukee by authorities.
July 13
Police responded to the Racine Hyundai dealership on a report of a break-in there. When officers arrived, they cound the glass entrance to the showroom shattered and blood on the floor. A black Hyundai Elantra and a blue Honda Accent were reported missing, police said.
Later that evening, Milwaukee police located the Elantra and found V'Dille inside the car in possession of the keys. He was taken into custody and transported back to Mount Pleasant for questioning, according to the complaint.
V'Dille Questioned
According to police, V'Dille admitted to participating in all four dealership burglaries and provided details on each of the burglaries.
According to his criminal complaint, on July 4, he admitted to driving friends to Porcaro to steal cars. On July 7, he told police he was driving the white Ford Escape and that they went to Palmen Dodge and later went to Racine Toyota. On July 13, he said he again provided transportation for his friends to steal cars in Racine.
Police said V'Dille also admitted to a similar car theft that he participated in at 5 Corners Dodge in Ozaukee County.
Police also said Milwaukee police also recovered the blue Honda Accent with four suspects inside - two males and two females.
