Electric Run Coming to Racine Co. Fairgrounds Aug. 24
Are you ready for a NEW running event? The Electric Run Milwaukee/Racine brings an unforgettable nighttime 5k run through a spectacular light show on Saturday, Aug. 24.
An exciting new event, the Electric Run™ Milwaukee/Racine is coming to the Racine County Fairgrounds in Union Grove starting at 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24.
Electric Run is a nighttime 5k run through a one-of-a-light show designed by the country's most talented lighting designers and artists. Participants will run or walk through up to 10 different worlds of light and music.
In addition to an unforgettable light show, every participant will receive a high-quality event shirt, LED bracelet, glow necklace and glow glasses. Registration opens at 9:05 a.m. Wednesday, April 3. Click HERE for details. Receive a $5 discount before 11:59 p.m. April 5 with the code MILVIP.

"It's a tremendous honor to host this event," said Kari Dawson, Real Racine Events Director. "Although it's in the smallest community on the Electric Run schedule, the Racine County Fairgrounds will be a great setting for this celebration."
The Electric Run is being held in more than 50 cities throughout the country this year, including San Francisco, Atlanta and Chicago.

Real Racine, Racine County's destination marketing organization, is managing Electric Run Milwaukee/Racine. Packet pick up will be Friday, Aug. 23 at the Real Racine Visitor Center, located just west of the I-94/Highway 20 interchange.
