I am writing you on behalf of my 2 year old son Jeremy M. Coe. I am very concerned about his mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I have tried and failed to help Jeremy by calling the Racine Police Dept., WI Legal Aid, Children’s Protective Services, Children’s Sexual Services, Women’s Horizon’s Racine and Women’s Horizon’s Kenosha. Jeremy’s father’s name is also Jeremy Michael Coe (dob 5/25/81); for the sake of confusion I will refer to our son as Jr.
