As officers approached Goral's car, he got out with his hands up. Surrounded by numerous gas station customers including a family with young children, Goral reportedly began to berate the officers, using expletives to describe the on-duty officers, his complaint said.

According to the complaint, Goral challenged officers to a fight prior to being taken into custody. Goral then said he was "glad that cops are being killed," and also said "all cops should die" as he was on his way to the station.

The complaint said Goral was banging his head on various parts of the squad car during transport.

In addition to criminal charges he now faces, officers cited Goral for speeding, deviating from the designated lane of traffic, altering his vehicle registratoin plate, operating his vehicle after suspension, displaying a false vehicle plate, displaying unauthorized vehicle registration and non-registration of auto.

He is currently being held in the Racine County Jail on a $500 cash bond.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 18.
