Racine's Bond Rating is Downgraded While Local Officials are in DENIAL.
Good luck to the Brave Residents of Racine – who have watched their
property values plummet while their property taxes have skyrocketed and
the “assessed value” of their property VS. the actual market value have
disconnected – to the downside. Owning property is now a LIABILITY in the City of Racine.
