Get ready for summer fun by participating in this two-week summer conditioning workshop guaranteed to help anyone with aches and pains after physical exertion.
Led by fitness expert, Michel Sorrentino-Poole, a certified fitness trainer, learn how to prevent injury as well as enhance your range of movement. An additional class will be held on June 5th from 3:00-4:00pm.
