Gateway Technical College will display an artifact from the World Trade Center wreckage that occured during the terrorist attacks of 9/11. An I-beam from the wreckage will be on display at campus libraries through July 15, and it will be subsequently welded into the "On Eagles Wings" monument in front of the HERO center, after Gateway's 100th anniversary celebration July 12.
The artifact will be on display at the Elkhorn campus library thru May 27, and then at the Racine campus library from May 28 thru July 15. For more information, visit the library web site at http://www.gtc.edu/library.
