2011 Public Art Event - Downtown Racine
Artists from around Wisconsin will decorate and design fiberglass flowerpots and metal garden stakes which will be displayed in Downtown Racine from June through Labor Day.
On September 10th, a public auction will be held and the pots and stakes will be sold to the winning bidders.
