Experience the magic of turning a lump ofpolyurethane clay into fine silver (.999). Theclay contains minute particles of silver thatwhen fired in a kiln become pure silver. Startwith pendants and earrings. Students may want to bringfavorite leaves, stampers or objects that make an all-overtexture. After class the instructor will fire, polish, and returnyour jewels to the Museum for pick-up. A supply fee of $45 ispaid to the instructor which includes the silver clay and use ofthe instructor's tools. The price of the silver is subject tomarket fluctuations.
