In 2012, four $2,500 fellowships will be awarded to selected artists. Sponsored by a grant from the Osborne and Scekic Family Foundation, these awards will provide financial support and exhibition opportunities in alternate years for visual artists residing in the Racine/Kenosha urban corridor, east of I-94.
