"Cheese Expert to Speak at April 10th Event"

Is there something you've always wanted to know about cheese, but were afraid to ask?  Here's your chance!  Dean Sommer, MS’81, Cheese and Food Technologist at the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research, will be presenting "Cheese 101" on Wednesday, April 10, at Racine's Roma Lodge.  Sommer's presentation is part of the 2013 Founders' Day event sponsored by the Wisconsin Alumni Association - Racine and Kenosha Chapters.  The public is welcome.  The event includes a reception (cash bar) at 6pm and a casual dinner at 7pm, followed by Sommer's presentation.  Cost of the event is $20 per person and includes pizza, salad, and soft drinks.  For more information, see the chapter's website at www.uwalumni.com/racine, or call WAA's Nancy Powell at (608) 262-7427 to register by phone.  Please register by April 3.
