Fine Arts School Has A New Principal
The announcement has yet to be made public, but Tequila Kurth, formerly of MPS, has been listed as the new principal.

RACINE -- Stephen Bull Fine Arts, which recently celebrated its 40th anniversary as a school that focuses on arts and humanities, has a new principal.
According to information posted on the Racine Unified School District website, Tequila Kurth has been named as the new principal, succeeding outgoing principal Jeff Miller, who takes over next year at Park High School.

Kurth comes to Racine most recently from the Milwaukee Public School district, where she has been listed as principal for the Westside Academy and William George Bruce Elementary School.

According to Kurth's LinkedIn Page, she has earned her Doctorate of Education from National Louis University as well as Master's Degrees from Cardinal Stritch University and Columbia College in Chicago. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Alverno.
Kurth was featured in the Milwaukee Business Journal's "40 under 40" series in 2013, which features influential leaders under the age of 40 in the Milwaukee area.
According to the article, Kurth taught for MPS and the Elmbrook School District. “I am the kids I teach,” she said in the article.
