RACINE COUNTY, WI — One local media outlet is saying that the location of the potential $10 billion Foxconn electronics plant is a done deal, and that Gov. Scott Walker is signing the bill there on Monday.
BREAKING: A source has confirmed to CBS 58 that Foxconn will be coming to Racine County; Governor to sign bill on Monday in Racine Co.

CBS 58 has somehow learned that Foxconn does indeed intend to land in Racine County, with Gov. Scott Walker signing the $3 billion incentive package Monday there.
