The Goodwill company is poised to make a big splash in Mount Pleasant in 2017 - and one that could mean up to 150 new jobs.

MOUNT PLEASANT, WI — The Goodwill company is poised to make a big splash in Mount Pleasant in 2017 - and one that could mean up to 150 new jobs.
According to news out of the Journal Times this week, representatives of a property development company, told the Mount Pleasant Plan Commission that they plan to purchase a Mount Pleasant building, and build an addition that will be leased by Goodwill to conduct light assembly, packaging and warehouse operations.
The structure - when completed, will be nearly 250,000 square feet, and will be located at 1445 International Drive.

According to the Journal Times report, the entire venture could mean up to 150 new jobs in the coming years - with assembly-line work ramping up in the new structure by November.
