Authorities in Racine County say a Franksville man was driving drunk behind the wheel of a quad-axle dump truck.

RACINE COUNTY, WI -- At just after 11 a.m. on Thursday, deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident on Washington Ave. just east of Britton Rd. in the Town of Dover.
When deputies arrived, they learned that a quad-axle dump truck which was driving west on Highway 20 crossed over the center line and into oncoming traffic.
