Man, 61, Found Dead From Hit-And-Run Accident: Report

RACINE COUNTY, WI -- Authorities in Racine County say they are aggressively pursuing any and all leads after deputies learned that a 61-year-old man was found dead on the side of the road in northwestern Racine County late Tuesday in an apparent hit-and-run accident.

Authorities say did not initially know the cause of Keith D. Brown's death, though an autopsy was performed on his body Wednesday afternoon. At that point, authorities said that Brown died as a result of multiple blunt-force trauma injuries presumably from a hit-and-run accident.

According to Racine County Sheriff's officials, at just before 9 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were dispatched to a report of a male party lying on the east side of Highway U, just north of 7 Mile Road in the Town of Raymond.
