According to the complaint, Prestay-Finley's girlfriend of 10 years was working at O&H when she drove a female co-worker home who had not been feeling well. Prestay-Finley saw her, and thinking she had a male in the car, began chasing her.
Police say the girlfriend drove back to O&H where Prestay-Finley confronted her about cheating on him. During the confrontation, two O&H employees reportedly heard screaming outside and observed Prestay-Finley striking the woman multiple times.
When they approached Prestay-Finley, he reportedly went to his truck, retrieved a pistol, pointed it at each of them and told them to stay back and to mind their own business, the criminal complaint said.
