MOUNT PLEASANT, WI — A man was accused of pulling a gun on an employee in the drive-thru of a Mount Pleasant Burger King on Jan. 4 after he saw workers touching food without gloves on, according to a Journal Times report citing a criminal complaint.
Charges were filed against Marshall Trudo IV, 28, in Racine County Court, online records show.
The criminal complaint said Trudo ordered food and paid for it at the Burger King at 13348 Washington Avenue, but when he saw a worker making food without gloves on, he said he wanted a refund, the Journal Times reported. An employee told police she gave Trudo the money back, but she gave him 67 cents more than he paid, so when the employee asked for the extra change back, Trudo refused and pointed a gun at the employee, the complaint said according to Journal Times.
