Police say they caught the man with a bottle of vodka and two cans of malt beverage.

RACINE, WI -- Authorities say a man was finally arrested after spending the balance of three days wandering the halls of a local hospital — all while drinking and refusing alcohol detox treatment.

Kiron Price, 33, of Racine, has been charged with trespassing in a medical facility and bail jumping. If convicted, Price could face up to 18 months behind bars, or up to a $1,000 fine, or both, according to court records.

According to a criminal complaint filed in Racine County, police responded to the Ascension All Saints Hospital, 3803 Spring Street, on the morning of Dec. 29 on a report of a man trespassing while drinking in the hospital.

Reports state that a fourth-floor nurse initially spotted Price wandering the hallway while drinking alcohol. When officers responded to the hospital, they found Price wandering the halls with a bottle of vodka and two cans of malt beverage, according to reports.

When the officer investigated further, they learned that Price had reportedly been discharged from the hospital for alcohol detoxification. Police learned that Price had actually been wandering through the hospital for the last three days not being treated, the criminal complaint stated.
