Married Couple Dies In 3-Vehicle Memorial Weekend Crash: Report

The Memorial Day 2018 weekend is already off to a deadly start in southeastern Wisconsin after 2 people died in a 3-vehicle crash Friday.

RACINE COUNTY, WI — The Memorial Day 2018 weekend is already off to a deadly start in southeastern Wisconsin after a husband and wife were killed in a three-vehicle accident Friday night, according to authorities.

On Friday, May 25 just before 5 p.m., the Racine County Sheriff’s Office responded to a three-vehicle accident on County Highway C at 59th Drive in the Town of Yorkville, in
Racine County.

According to a Racine Journal Times report, a husband and wife from Racine County died in the crash after the motorcycle they were riding was involved in a crash also involving two cars.

Authorities are reporting that couple's names are not available to the public, pending family notifications.

This accident remains under investigation. The Racine County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Wisconsin State Patrol and the Union Grove-Yorkville Fire and Rescue.
