Four members of local youth tobacco prevention and control group feel as though they have played a part in the today's signing of governer Walker's state budget. Our members had to oppertunity to attend the Joint Committee on Finance hearing held in Greendale, Wisconsin on April 4th. They submitted both written and verbal testimony in support of youth tobacco programs that focus on education and awareness.
