Recognition day for Mt. Pleasant's very own Paula Kuiper, Miss Wisconsin 2013, was announced at the Village of Mt. Pleasant Board meeting. Representatives from Mt. Pleasant, Racine County and the State of Wisconsin provided official recognition documents to Miss Kuiper. She leaves for Atlantic City to compete in the Miss America Pagent in a few weeks and we all wish her well. This recording includes both the audio and video. Enjoy.
