Muskego Man Faces Prison After Threatening Racine County Bar Staff With Knife
Bar staff refuse service on Muskego man, saying he consumed too much alcohol. Man faces prison time for threatening staff with knife.

RACINE COUNTY -- A Muskego man is currently being held in the Racine County Jail after police say he threatened bartenders with a 9" diving knife after he was refused service at a Burlington bar earlier this year.
Andrew M. Beyer, 35, Muskego, has been formally charged with disorderly conduct, use of a dangerous weapon and carrying a concealed weapon.
If convicted, Beyer faces up to a year imprisonment and up to $11,000 fines on the two charges.

According to the complaint, Police were dispatched to Lucky Mojo's in Burlington on a report that a man, later identified as Beyer, had been refusing to leave the bar and exposing a knife to bartenders there after he had been asked to leave several times.
According to the complaint, bar staff said Beyer had consumed too much alcohol and refused him service.

At that point, police say, he became aggressive with staff, displayed the knife while it was secured in its plastic sheath, but not before causing a disturbance.
Police say they found two knives on Beyer upon his arrest, a utility knife and a Fury 9-inch diving knife with a plastic sheath.
