New RUSD Mobile App To Connect Parents With Information

Parents of Racine Unified School District students can now check on important school-related information through a new mobile phone app.

RACINE, WI — Parents of Racine Unified School District students can now check on important school-related information through a new mobile phone app.

App users can see school and District calendars, find contact information in the directory, read the latest news, look at lunch menus, engage through social media and much more. Users will also get notifications in the event of school or District emergencies, including closures, delays or cancelations due to weather.

“This is an exciting effort to communicate directly and conveniently with our community,” said chief of communication and community engagement Stacy Tapp. “For our students, families and community members who use smart phones, the RUSD app will put important school and District information right at their fingertips.”
