Oak Creek Man Recovering After Leg Crushed By Forklift: Report
Reports stated that an employee was loading his pallet when he was struck by another pallet jack loader

OAK CREEK, WI -- A 33-year-old Oak Creek man had his leg crushed by a forklift during an early morning accident, police say.
According to Oak Creek police reports, officers responded to Reinhart, 9950 S. Reinhart Drive, just before 2 a.m. on Feb. 26 on a report of an industrial accident.
Reports stated that an employee was loading his pallet when he was struck by another pallet jack loader. The employee was loading a box onto the pallet when another employee was trying to pass by him on the pallet jack loader.

According to reports, the employee was unable to get out of the way of the oncoming vehicle and got pinned between the two pallet loaders.
Police said the man was transported to Ascension hospital for treatment and that he had pain from his right foot up to his knee.
