4 Arrested In Connection With Drug Trafficking, 3 Wanted: Sheriff
Police said members of the drug trafficking organization called themselves "Bag Boys." Three suspects are still wanted by police.
RACINE, WI — Four men were arrested in Racine this week in connection with various drug and weapons charges. Police said the four men, plus three others who have evaded arrest, ran a drug trafficking organization in Racine County through Snapchat.
Zachary Zavala, Trestin Manar, Anthony Eaton and Joe D Espinoza Jr are currently being held in the Racine County Jail in connection with varying charges stemming from the investigation, police said.
Felony arrest warrants have been issued for the other three suspects: Alec S. Bobinski, Amanti N. Underwood-Givens and Xavian C. Cruz, according to police.

They called themselves the "Bag Boys," according to police. They posted "drug menus" of what they had to offer on Snapchat and sold drugs across Racine, police said. Moreover, police say the group advertised its ability to buy and sell illegal firearms. The arrests come after an eight-month investigation into the group and a series of search warrants executed this week by the Racine Police Department and Racine County Sheriff's Office.
Those warrants uncovered large amounts of drugs and multiple firearms: two semi-automatic shotguns, a Glock handgun, and a Ruger handgun reported as stolen out of Milwaukee, police said. Police said they also seized over 250 grams of marijuana, fifty marijuana vape cartridges, digital scales, drug paraphernalia and just over $1100 cash.

Prior to the warrants, police conducted controlled sales between agents and members of the alleged drug trafficking organization. Police bought marijuana in numerous forms, psilocybin, ecstasy and oxycodone during the investigation, according to the Racine County Sheriff's Office.
"While I am proud of the professionals in each of the participating agencies, everyone should be constantly aware of the tremendous danger of violence created by illegal guns and drugs in our community," Sheriff Christopher Schmaling said. "People should be mindful of the important job performed by law enforcement officers on a daily basis."
"I would also like to personally thank Mount Pleasant Police Chief Matt Soens who allowed one of his officers to be assigned as an Agent with the Metro Drug Task Force – that Agent led the complex investigation that took down a criminal enterprise operating in our community," Schmaling added.
The Racine County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Bobinski, Underwood-Givens or Cruz to call (262) 636-2300. See photos of the wanted individuals below:
