Police Revive Apparent Heroin User With Narcan in Hotel Bathroom
Emergency personnel had to revive an Arizona man with Narcan after he became unresponsive in a Mount Pleasant hotel bathroom.

MOUNT PLEASANT, WI — Authorities say emergency personnel had to revive an Arizona man with Narcan after he became unresponsive in a Mount Pleasant hotel bathroom.
Police say that Joseph Carlo of Scottsdale Arizona was found passed out in the Architect Hotel bathroom unresponsive with both heroin and THC with him.
Carlo has been charged with possession of narcotics, drug paraphernalia and possession of THC.

According to his criminal complaint, on Wednesday, May 10, Mount Pleasant Police responded to the Architect Hotel on the 7000 block of Washington Ave. in Racine County on a report of an unconscious guest in the bathroom near the banquet area.
According to police, upon arrival, officers found the man, later identified as Joseph Carlo of Arizona, in the bathroom stall.

According to his criminal complaint, he was breathing but did not respond to officers' commands. Police noticed a capped syringe on the ground. Rescue arrived moments later and administered Narcan to revive him.
His criminal complaint stated that an officer located a sweatshirt hanging in the bathroom stall, which contained a metal spoon, cotton balls and Carlo's identification card.
The wallet reportedly contained a baggie that contained a substance that tested positive for heroin. A small amount of THC was also located, the complaint stated.
According to his criminal complaint, Carlo had been fighting a Heroin addition for about seven years.
