Police Shut Down Spa Amid Sexual Conduct Allegations: Report
Authorities in Mount Pleasant say they've arrested two women who are employees at a local spa.

MOUNT PLEASANT, WI — Authorities in Mount Pleasant say they've arrested two women who are employees at a local spa following an investigation into unwanted sexual conduct at the spa.
According to Mount Pleasant Police, Yueqiu Hou, 51, and Song Qing, 49, were both arrested at the A-1 Spa located at 1100 Commerce Drive unit #112 in Mount Pleasant. Police say they received multiple complaints from clients, stating that the two engaged in inappropriate sexual advances and sexual contact. Police based their investigation upon those complaints, department officials said in a news release.
Police say Hou was cited for keeping a disorderly house and that Qing was cited for being an inmate of a disorderly house, as well as multiple massage therapist permit violations.

Police say the spa has been ordered closed, and the permit issued by the village has been suspended.
