At this month’s Ladies Night, we’ll learn the art of canning & freezing.  Special speakers include Christina Ward, a veteran canner who has completed UWEX’s Master Food Preservation course.  Christina will share the ins and outs of canning and demonstrate how easy it is to can salsa.  Sharon Bartel, Borzynski’s produce specialist, has been canning most of her life.  Sharon will share with you her freezer jam recipe and show you how easy it is to make.
