Racine Over Our Head Players 2017-18 Season Guide
Over Our Head Players announces their 26th season of live theater in Downtown Racine. Here's your guide to the 2017-18 season:

RACINE, WI — Over Our Head Players announces their 26th season of live theatre in Downtown Racine. The 2017-2018 season, presented at Sixth Street Theatre, features two original productions. In addition to the 14th annual Snowdance original comedy competition, the all new Kringle ..... The Musical? Will anchor the season.
They will offer three additional full length comedies. The season includes Escanaba, opening September 8, Kringle ..... The Musical? beginning November 3, the “2018 Snowdance® 10 Minute Comedy Festival” next winter, Bakersfield Mist in early spring, and Oregon Trail: The Play! to close the season.

All shows are at Sixth Street Theater, 318 Sixth Street, Downtown Racine.
Performances are Fridays at 8:00 p.m., Saturdays at 5:30 and 8:00 p.m., and Sundays at 2:30 p.m.

Escanaba
Final Installment in the U.P. Trilogy by Jeff Daniels
An origin story: prequel to a prequel, setting the stage for Escanaba in Love and Escanaba in da Moonlight

Taking us back to where it all began in 1922: As Great Grandpa Alphonse is putting the finishing
touches on the world famous Soady Deer Camp, wild-eyed James Negamanee from Menominee bursts
through the door, fleeing a black bear. Together, they set in motion the time-honored Soady Deer Camp
traditions, including the legend of the Great Soady Ridge Buck and the secret ingredient for making the
perfect pasty. Plenty of Up North humor plus a little reflection on what makes a place a home.

choose the best to produce. Then, in the ultimate interactive experience, the audience votes on who should
