Reefpoint Brew House, Evelyn's Honored for Best Bloody Mary

Two local businesses were honored for their Bloody Mary offerings at the 2017 Belle City Bloody Fest held Sunday.

RACINE, WI — Two local businesses were honored for their Bloody Mary offerings at the 2017 Belle City Bloody Fest held Sunday: the Reefpoint Brew House won the blind judging and Evelyn's Club Main won the popular vote.

In their review, the three judges stated that they heartily enjoyed both offerings from Reefpoint, including their souped-up classic version and their Tim Curry.

"I've been working on my mix for almost 15 years. It's changed very little over the years with only a few tweeks here or there," manager A.J. Larson said. "I've been making the sauce for almost 5 years at Reefpoint Brew House and it's the base for all of our Bloody Marys."
