REPORT: Sturtevant is the 2nd-Cheapest Place to Live in Wisconsin

STURTEVANT — If you're familiar with Racine County, you know that you can usually find the cheapest gas prices around in Sturtevant.

According to a report by the Milwaukee Business Journal, a financial study by SmartAsset - a New York financial company, claims Sturtevant is the second-cheapest place to live in Wisconsin, second only to Merrill.

According to the Business Journal:

The study takes into account average closing costs, annual property tax, annual homeowner's insurance, average annual mortgage payment and median income in determining which places are the most friendly for your wallet. A bulk of the cities named on the list are in northern and central Wisconsin.

5. Rothschild
