RACINE, WI — The first weekend in May brings a variety of things to do as we shake off the wet weather, and hopefully cold, in favor of spring.

Kiwanis Pancake Day

Pancake Day has been a local tradition since 1955. The menu features Klement’s sausage, milk, syrup, orange juice, coffee and all the pancakes that you’d care to eat.

Local talent provides a variety of entertainment throughout the day. The club's pride and joy are four home engineered and built pancake griddle machines. They feature five foot diameter rotating aluminum decks, gas heated from above and below and computerized controls.
