Twin Disc Expansion Project Nearly Complete
Company officials said a new 39,000 square-foot distribution center in Sturtevant is nearly complete.

RACINE, WI -- Racine-based Twin Disc Inc. is nearing completion part of an expansion project that will ultimately add 20 percent production capacity.
Company officials said a new 39,000 square-foot North American Aftermarket Distribution Center located at 2000 S. Sylvania Ave. in Sturtevant, offers three times the capacity of the current location, and provides dedicated aftermarket resources and shipping flexibility.
It is adjacent to the I-94 Corridor between Milwaukee and Chicago and is just six miles west of the Global Manufacturing Headquarters in Racine. Twelve employees will be based out of the new Twin Disc facility.

"We're basically just going to be stocking and shipping all of our space parts from there," Batten said in a Milwaukee Biz Times report.
Batten said Twin Disc saw sales increase 43 percent in fiscal 2018.
