Watch Dramatic Footage Of Saturday Apartment Fire
The wooden structure became fully engulfed, shooting flames that towered over the neighborhood before collapsing upon itself.

RACINE, WI — Firefighters in Racine worked late into the night to control what police are describing as a "major" apartment fire on the city's south side late Saturday.
According to Racine officials, a three-story apartment building at 11th St. and Grand Ave. caught fire late Saturday. A short time later, the wooden structure became fully engulfed, shooting flames that towered over the neighborhood before collapsing upon itself.
According to a FOX 6 report, working smoke alarms alerted apartment residents - and everyone managed exiting the building to safety. No injuries were reported as a result of the fire.

According to investigators, the fire caused approximately $440,000 in damage. Fire investigators are still searching for the cause of the fire.
