A Burlington resident walked upstairs, and then looked back downstairs only to see flood waters rushing unabated through his house. Watch:

BURLINGTON, WI — Just how bad is the flooding in Burlington? Watch as a video posted by WISN 12 shows exactly that.
According to the report, Burlington resident Tony Hernandez walked upstairs from his basement when gathering flood waters broke a window, pouring unabated into his home on Dardis Drive on Wednesday morning.
