Watch: Wisconsin School's Parkland Video Is Show-Stopper

If you were to spend 1 minute learning how students show empathy for Parkland school shooting victims, this would be it:

RACINE COUNTY, WI — As students participated in school walkouts across the U.S. Wednesday, one school in Wisconsin unveiled their homemade video postcard to the student body at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

Titled, "Dear Parkland Students, We Are With You, With Love, J.I. Case High School," it was created by a video production club in the Racine, Wis. high school of about 2,000 students.

The club, called EVER (Eagle Video Editing and Recording), is an after-school group that meets once a week to learn video production techniques. It led by adviser Nancy Gibson with help from producer Jason Love.

The video, which is just about a minute long, features a group of students in a montage speaking a singular message of support to Parkland students.

When read aloud, it said, "Dear, Parkland Students. I don’t know you, but we hear you and we are with you. Words cannot express the immense amount of sadness we all feel for you. You guys are very brave for what you are doing supporting your classmates. For standing up for what you believe in. They think we are too young to understand politics, but in a Democracy, every voice matters. Don’t give up your fight. You may feel like you are in the dark, but you’re not alone.”

The video finishes with a stunning visual display in the school's auditorium in which one student completes the message, only to be illuminated by hundreds of lights in the background held by about 200 students. The lights flip back on, revealing the Case student body.

When Emily Neubauer, Senior Communications Specialist at the Racine Unified School District saw the video, she knew she had to send it to a wider audience on social media.

"We were so impressed with the students, they were so passionate caring, it was really cool to see," she said. "We got a lot of calls about it."

About 300 Case High School students participated in national walkout Wednesday, staging their walkout and rally outside at 10 a.m.
