TOGETHER. SHAPING THE FUTURE.LET NO ONE SIT ON THE SIDELINES.Family Fun Day & Evening Wine Tasting
Come for a great day of fun and help us help the GLASA - Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association raise money to send the IWASF (International Wheelchair Amputee Sports Federation) to compete. Help get these Athletes ages 14 - 23, to England as the US TEAM.
Many of you know Anne- Marie & Glen O'Sullivan, great friends of Grapes 2 Glass. Glen donates hours helping these kids as a swim coach and triatholon coach. I have taken it very personally to help in get all these kids to London to represent the US Team. They put hours and hours of heart, spirit and love into this and now we need to help them finish to succeed in their goal.
From 2 pm - 5 pm Hot Dogs, Bake Sale, as well as Family Fun activities trying out equipment that these athletes use to compete, such as:
sport wheelchairs, sled hockey sleds, adaptive water ski, shot-put, turbo-javelin and hand-cycle , so you can try the different Sports! I hear Usinger Mascots are going to make a debut as well as a cartoon charter artist from 2-3pm.
From 7 pm - 9 pm Wine and Beer Tasting
$20 per person (Includes 6 Tastings & Light Appetizers)
Raffles and Silent Auction!
10% 0f all food and wine/beer sales in the Tapas Bar will be donated to this great fundraiser. Come and check out all the cool equipment, play a little, have dinner and join us for our tasting event featuring music from our Famous Musician Jack Goes and special guest Michelle. (don't worry, it's not me!) We will not have our regular wine tasting from 3-5pm as we are focusing on this great event and our wine and beer tasting event from 7-9pm.All and any Donationss excepted. Let's Get Our Athletes To ENGLAND!
