Woman in Drunken Argument Blew .57 BAC; Considered Life Threatening
A woman was arrested for disorderly conduct after a breath test revealed she had a .57 BAC - considered highly life-threatening.

ROCHESTER, WI — A Racine County woman has been arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after authorities say she was involved in a drunken altercation with a blood alcohol level of 0.57 - which is a life-threatening level.
According to her criminal complaint, the mother stated that Amanda L. Swette had come home from after drinking with friends and that she became very angry because there was no dinner made for her just after 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
Her complaint states that Swette took her iPad and smashed it on the ground because she was upset that they had already eaten dinner without her, stating that "she was sick and tired of eating hot dogs every day."

According to the criminal complaint, the daughter drinks every day, and in an attempt to get away from the argument on May 9, she went out into the garage.
At the time she was entering the garage from the kitchen, her complaint states taht she was struck in the head by a plastic bowl with ramen noodles in it.

Once police arrived, and after interviewing all parties at the house, deputies asked Swette if she would be willing to do a preliminary breath test, which she agreed to. According to her complaint, she had a breath alcohol concentration of .57 which is a life-threatening level.
At this point, deputies took Swette into custody just before 8 p.m. She is being held in the Racine County Jail on a $500 signature bond.
