RACINE COUNTY, WI — A Milwaukee woman has been arrested after she reportedly solicited restaurant workers for sex, exposed herself, and made sexual advances to police.

Sonya Dantzler, 31, Milwaukee, has been charged with prostitution, two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior and disorderly conduct in Racine County.

According to her criminal complaint, officers responded to the DeRango's Pizza restaurant on Six Mile Road in Caledonia on a report of a "highly intoxicated" woman on June 15 just after midnight.

When police arrived, Dantzler reportedly told officers she was trying to get back to Milwaukee. The sergeant on scene told Dantzler he believed she was intoxicated. To prove otherwise, Dantzler stated she had not been drinking and would kiss him to prove it. A subsequent search of her vehicle yielded a nearly empty pint of vodka, her criminal complaint stated.

As police were driving her to the hospital, Dantzler reportedly peppered officers with sexual comments, propositioning the men for a sexual encounter from the back seat of the squad, her criminal complaint stated.

Before police arrived on scene that night, Dantzler pulled into DeRango's, nearly striking a cleaning crew's vehicle as she pulled in, the report states.

Police say that Dantzler followed two men from the cleaning crew into DeRango's and refused to leave. One man stated she asked the two if they would pay her money for sex, and when he refused, she walked out of the restaurant, lifted her dress, exposed herself, and urinated on the asphalt outside the restaurant.
