Yes, There is a Public Pool in Racine
Reefpoint Marina has a pool county residents can use for a fee.

Escaping the heat this summer has been quite a challenge.
Call it a bit of a "better late than never" scenario for Racine County residents to learn that the pool at Reefpoint Marina has always been open to the public.
In a story from The Racine Journal Times, Donnie Snow, director of parks for the City of Racine, said the pool has always been open to the public, but apparently not a lot of people know about it.

The pool is owned Racine Harbor Marina LLC, a private company, on county property and SkipperBud's operates it.
This being August in Wisconsin, there's still probably some decently hot weather on the way to enjoy the pool.
