On Dec. 5, 2010, Boyce accidently sent the text to the trooper referencing hash for sale. The trooper then went to his home in the S7900 block of Ancient Oaks Drive and patted him down. The trooper found a prescription pill bottle that smelled of marijuana and a plastic baggie with five balls of hashish inside.

He will make his initial appearance in court March 26.
