Froedtert Health has named Jennifer Underly director of Patient Financial Services for the health system. In this role, Underly is responsible for coordinating department processes and overseeing billing, collections, financial counseling, medical audit, payment posting and refunds. The appointment is effective immediately.
Underly was previously manager of Patient Financial Services for Froedtert Health for seven years.
Underly holds bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a master’s degree in management from Cardinal Stritch University.
