City of Muskego Police Department's 4th Annual Awards Ceremony Held This Thursday

The City of Muskego Police Department will be hosting the 4th annual awards ceremony on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 7:00PM.  The event is being held in the council chambers at city hall. 

This year's awards include two citizens receiving a lifesaving award, and another citizen receiving a letter of commendation for assisting the department in apprehending a retail theft suspect.

Both the Muskego and New Berlin SWAT team members are receiving commendation awards for a SWAT call that occurred in our city and also letter of commendations will be given to some members of the teams.  Two Walworth County deputies will be receiving letters of accomendation for safely stopping a drunk driver who was operating on the wrong side of the street. 

Also being honored is the E. J. Salentine family for their years of service and friendship to the department.  A special memorial is being planned for the family.
