Country Squire Supper Club Offers Martinis, Desserts and More
Moms and their friends can have a night out and enjoy favorite foods and conversation.

With its cozy fireplace, prime cuts of beef, savory desserts and must-have martinis, The Country Squire Inn in Muskego is an inviting reprieve and the perfect ladies’ night out.
Owner Ted Widkowiak, who has run the establishment with his wife Linda for 21 years, said everything is made fresh and homemade – daily. While they’re very well known for their prime rib and Cosmopolitan martinis, the menu also offers specialties like shrimp scampi, orange roughy, breaded shrimp, and baked cod with asparagus and hollandaise sauce.
“Just about everything on our menu is perfect for the ladies, like our small filet sandwich, which is six ounces,” Widkowiak said. “We have also have angel hair pasta that we do with a marinara or garlic sauce, too.”

Katie Widkowiak, their daughter, is a server at the restaurant, and two other wait staff have been part of the team for 21 years.
“For our desserts, we have our homemade sundaes and tortes, then we have our triple cheesecake, turtle and Snickers cheesecake, as well as a plain New York cheesecake with fresh fruit,” Widkowiak said.
