Crime Corner: Muskego Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct in Parking Lot Incident

Man said he was cut off by woman in parking lot and verbally abused her and spit on her windshield in front of her kids.

Friday, September 23 – A 58-year-old Muskego man reportedly swore at a woman, called her an obscene name and spat on her windshield after he said she cut him off in the Pick N Save parking lot while on her cell phone. The woman's 14-year-old son and 18-year-old daughter were with her. He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. 

Saturday, September 24 – A neighbor complained of loud music, as well as people speaking loudly outside JD’s Tavern on Hillendale Drive, around 11:30pm.  The bartender was advised of the complaint and the windows were closed.

  • Employees at Wal-Mart reported several juveniles running around their parking lot around 1:00am, causing a disturbance.  Eight teenagers between the ages of 15 and 19 were warned about their behavior and left the area.
  • A reckless driving complaint led to the arrest of a 22-year-old Muskego man for Drunk Driving in the area of Martin Dr. and Olive Circle.

Wednesday, September 28

  • Several pieces of audio equipment were stolen from the old Aud Mar Supper Club.
  • A 27-year-old Rice Lake man was taken into protective custody after he was found passed out in his vehicle in the parking lot at Wal-Mart.  The man had been “huffing,” or inhaling aerosol propellant from cans to get “high”.
  • A reckless driving complaint led to the arrest of a 26-year-old Muskego man in his driveway on Independence Drive for driving under the influence of heroin.  He was also charged with drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and several outstanding warrants.
  • A complaint of loud music at Idle Isle was received around 8:20pm.  Officers made contact with several juveniles, but no violations were found.
  • A 42-year-old Muskego woman was arrested for drunk driving and hit and run after backing into a car parked on Overlook Bay Road and leaving the scene.

  • The Mobil Gas Station on Janesville Road reported someone struck their fence and left the area.
  • A resident on Windover Drive reported a vehicle pulling in and out of driveways around 11:30pm.  Officers made contact with the driver, who reported their trampoline had blown away in the high winds and they were looking for the pieces.
