East Troy Man Charged After Spraying Woman's Son in the Eyes With Fabric Freshener

Suspect smashed victim's phone inside her Muskego home because he was upset she wouldn't return his phone calls.

An East Troy man is facing charges after he allegedly smashed his step daughter’s phone inside and got in a fight with her son inside a Muskego home where he sprayed the son in the eyes with fabric freshener.

Alan B. Klismet, 66, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, he faces up to 90 days in jail and $1,000 in fines.

On Dec. 12, Klismet was at the victims’ home in the S6300 block of Regency Court when he asked his stepdaughter if he could see her phone. She gave the phone to him and Klismet—who was intoxicated at that time—then smashed it on the ground, saying he did it because she wouldn’t return his phone calls.

The woman’s son then got into a pushing match with Klismet, who fell onto a couch. He asked the son to help him get up, but when he refused, Klismet grabbed a bottle of fabric freshener and sprayed him in the eyes, then left.
