The BC Open is an annual event held in July to benefit the cancer research program at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. Now in its 8th year, we have donated $95,000 to the fight to find a cure for cancer. What makes our event different? This is not a corporate outing that turns into a day off work for all the employees and their best customers. Our board of directors is made up of six families who have all had some kind of experience with cancer and in turn had the opportunity to interact with the wonderful staff at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. This outing has always been about an enjoyable day of golf, food, and socializing. It just so happens we actually raise some money for a great cause in the process.
What can you do to help? JOIN US! Whether it be golfing, attending the dinner, checking out the amazing vacation packages and rare sports memorabilia in our auctions, or just taking a shot at winning an all expenses paid trip to an away Packers game – your participation is greatly appreciated. We had the humble privilege of receiving donations and hole sponsorships from over 125 companies in 2011. Some of those are listed on our Donors page.
We are confident once you attend this unique outing you will find it to be a level of fun like no other charitable event you have ever experienced. For those of you returning for another year, thank you for your support. For any newcomers, we welcome you and we are confident you will make The BC Open an annual event!
