On Sept. 8, Muskego police officers were contacted by a 17-year-old girl who said she had been sexually assaulted by Lewis after they had been drinking at his grandparent’s home. The victim said she consumed at least seven beers, then passed out on the basement floor.
She said at one point during the night, she felt a hand on her breast and believed there was a man's genitals in her mouth, but she eventually went back to sleep. When she awoke the next day, she noticed her pants were loose and her underwear wasn’t where she would normally wear them.

The report indicated that another person who had been sleeping in the room said he woke up and saw Lewis doing something to the victim, but was unsure what. He heard the girl say “get away,” in a faint voice.
Lewis admitted to police to having sexual contact with the victim, but claimed he thought it was consensual because she didn’t respond unreceptively when he touched her.
He will make his initial appearance in court Nov. 26.
